What products does Guns.com sell?

Great question! We sell firearms, parts and triggers, ammo, optics, magazines, holsters and holders, range gear, knives and tools, duty gear, and uniforms.

Why do you require a buyer to be 21 to purchase a gun?

Federal law allows sales of long guns to persons 18 or older and of handguns to persons 21 or older.

 

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find a current lower price on a new identical in-stock pistol or rifle with the same manufacturer’s UPC number from another local firearm dealer or qualifying online store (e.g. guns.com) we’ll match the price. Just bring the ad, printout, or photo and show an associate so we can validate the price on the competitor’s website or ad to complete the price match. C4SEM reserves the right to verify the price and the availability of the identical item (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, color, etc.) C4SEM Price Promise will not include any applicable shipping, delivery costs, or transfer fees.

 

Price Promise Exclusions:

  • Competitors' pricing for professional services, including labor and installation costs  

  • Custom products – meaning customized or configured products (e.g., build rifles pistols, etc.)

  • Discontinued, used, refurbished, open box, clearance, seasonal, closeout or damaged merchandise

  • Rebates, free offers, buy one, get one offer, sales tax promotions or tax-free events, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers

  • Price Promise can’t be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or coupon

  • Pricing is available to select groups of customers, such as first responders, law enforcement, military,  loyalty members, etc.

  • Volume, combined or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors.

  • C4SEM reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities.

  • Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers

  • Third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites. For example, we price-match items sold by Gunbrokers.com, etc.

  • Pricing from bid and auction websites

  • Items previously purchased from C4SEM’s not eligible for price match against competitors  

  • Sales tax is excluded

  • Advertising pricing errors or misprints

 

What are your payment methods?

We accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards for payment.

 

Does C4SEM Honor Line Store purchase firearms?

What is a Firearms Transfer Fee?

What is NFA?

National Firearms Act (NFA), Title II (Class III) items commonly available for purchase include select- fire machine guns (“full auto”) manufactured before 19 May 1986 (including certain parts for these firearms), short-barreled rifles and shotguns, suppressors (“silencers”) and any part comprising a suppressor, and a selection of firearms identified as Any Other Weapons (AOW). So-called “Destructive Devices” are also NFA items, but not commonly available to purchase.

Individuals, Corporations, & Trusts NFA Purchase

Where permitted, purchase and ownership of NFA firearms and suppressors is available to Individuals, Corporations, and Trusts. Which entity you choose to purchase under is up to you, but we recommend getting qualified advice from a knowledgeable source, such as an attorney who is well-versed in NFA law. We can report that many people are utilizing trusts, but if you use a trust, be certain your trust does not violate the NFA; the repercussions can be substantial.

 

NFA Cost

An individual purchasing an existing NFA item is required to pay a one- time, $200.00 dollar transfer tax to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in addition to the purchase price of the item and the receiving dealer's process and any transfer fee.

Note: Should the item be transferred to another person in the future, a separate transfer tax must be paid at that time by the new prospective owner. This tax is commonly referred to as your "tax stamp."
